Phase one includes initial fundraising and new donor contacts which is primarily accomplished through local churches and vision meetings.
Phase two includes forming the capitol campaign committee and locating a building, as well as medical staff and volunteers.
Phase three includes clinic renovation and set up as well as training for staff and volunteers.
Phase four includes the soft open, more training, and a Grand Opening Celebration.

The major costs include:
Remodel of the clinic (varies by location)
Purchase the Ultrasound ($30,000)
Ultrasound Training for the nurse manager ($8,000)
AAAHC Accreditation
Initial purchase of Office and Medical supplies ($20,000)
