ATTEND – GET INVOLVED – MAKE IT HAPPEN
ATTEND: All banquets are free to attend – Registration is required for several reasons but mostly so you have a seat and a meal. Registration will open in September after the invitations are sent. If you are on our mailing list we will send you an invitation. Registration will also be available online from our website www.InformedChoiceIA.org.
GET INVOLVED: Consider hosting a table. There is no cost to host a table.
Table hosts commit to inviting people to attend the banquet and sit at their table(s). We ask that table hosts invite and fill at least half of their table with people that have never attended an Informed Choices Banquet. When you register you can indicate you want to host a table. When your guests register, they can choose you as their table host.
MAKE IT HAPPEN: Consider being a banquet sponsor and help underwrite the cost of the banquet. When the banquet is paid for ahead of time, every dollar raised at the event can go directly to support Informed Choices. Banquet sponsor investments are multiplied (up to eight times) by creating an event for others to give generously.
Banquet Sponsors are most often businesses, churches, or civic groups, but can also be families and individuals. Banquet sponsors are invited to be Table Hosts and fill as many tables as possible with friends, employees, and other guests.

Due to great demand we will publish our sponsor booklet with pictures of our clinics, stories, articles, and statistics. For the past four years banquet attendees have used it as a valuable take-home piece to share with friends and family.
This year, banquet sponsor ads will be seen by 2,000+ people at five different banquets supporting Informed Choices.

Level Four – $5,000
