The faith-based event is part of a 40-day tour spanning the nation, from the Brooklyn Bridge to the Golden Gate Bridge. In addition to being an evangelistic outreach, the desire is to help reshape the perception of the pro-life movement in America. The event will focus on what we are for, not just what we’re against.
International speaker, Bob Lenz, who has spoken in all 50 states and addresses nearly half a million people each year, will challenge attendees to embrace the love of God. His impassioned presentation will help those in attendance put their faith into action through volunteerism and advocacy, and express the love of Christ to women facing difficult choices regarding their pregnancies.
Joining Bob Lenz on the tour is national recording artist, Holly Starr. Holly has released three albums, gaining significant airplay on Christian radio stations across America. She was a 2009 Finalist for Female Artist of the Year at the Christian Independent Alliance (CIA) Momentum Awards in Nashville, TN.
The purpose of the tour is to instill and infuse love into the pro-life movement, especially towards those who find themselves in situations where they may be considering an abortion. But the movement doesn’t stop there. Love, support and counsel is offered to all women, regardless of their decision. The tour is a call for people to offer hope, healing and options. It’s an opportunity to call women and girls to the love of Jesus Christ and to know why he came.
