THE 2014 ANNUAL BANQUETS

ATTEND – GET INVOLVED – MAKE IT HAPPEN

ATTEND:  All Banquets are FREE to attend – Registration is required for several reasons but mostly so you have a seat and a meal.  Registration is open now.  If you are on our mailing list you were sent an invitation. Registration will also be available online from our website www.InformedChoiceIA.org. or click here. Let us know if you have a table host when you register so we seat you at the correct table.

 

GET INVOLVED: Consider Hosting a Table.  There is no cost to host a table.

Table hosts commit to inviting people to attend the banquet and sit at their table(s). We ask that Table Hosts invite and fill at least ½ their table with people that have never attended an Informed Choices Banquet.  When you register you can sign up to be a table host. When your guests register, they can choose you as their table host.

 

MAKE IT HAPPEN: Consider Sponsoring a Table. Table sponsors make the banquets happen by buying tables and underwriting the costs. By doing this, we can tell banquet attendees that every dollar raised goes directly to support Informed Choices and not to paying for the banquet.  Table Sponsors understand that they are multiplying their donations (up to 8 times) by investing in this way.

 

Table sponsors are most often businesses, churches or civic groups, but can also be families and individuals. Table sponsors are automatically Table Hosts unless they tell us they cannot fill their tables.

Back by great demand we will publish our sponsor booklet with pictures of our clinics, stories, articles, and statistics.  Last year all of the banquet attendees loved it and thought it was a valuable take home piece to share with friends and family.

 

This year Table Sponsor ads will be seen by 2000+ people at 5 different banquets supporting Informed Choices.

 

Informed Choice of Iowa is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, so your contribution is tax-deductible.

Level One – $250

1. Two invitations to attend the private VIP reception beginning at 6pm with our executive director, board of directors, and our guest speaker, Gail McWilliams
2. One table for you to fill with your employees, friends, or other guests
   1. This is optional, please let us know if you cannot fill your table.
3. An ad for your company (you design or we can) to be
   1. Printed on the table number card of each table you sponsor
   2. Printed on a 1/8 page space in the sponsorship booklet (all 5 banquets).
   3. Shown on the big screens before and after the banquet.

 

Level Two – $500

1. 4 invitations to attend the private VIP reception (see level one description).
2. Two tables (see level one description)
3. An ad for your company (you design or we can) to be
   1. Printed on the table number card on 3 tables
   2. Printed on a 1/3 page space in the sponsorship booklet (all 5 banquets).
   3. Shown on the big screens before and after the banquet.

 

Level Three – $1000

1. 6 invitations to attend the private VIP reception (see level one description).
2. Three tables (see level one description)
3. An ad for your company (you design or we can) to be
   1. Printed on the table number card on 5 tables
   2. Printed on a 1/2 page space in the sponsorship booklet (all 5 banquets).
   3. Shown on the big screens before and after the banquet.

 

Level Four – $5000

1. 10 invitations to attend the private VIP reception (see level one description).
2. Four tables (see level one description)
3. Your Company Name and Logo will be displayed (see level one description).
4. An ad for your company (you design or we can) to be
   1. Printed on the table number card on 15 tables*
   2. Printed on a full page space in the sponsorship booklet (all 5 banquets).
   3. Shown on the big screens before and after the banquet.

 

Level Five – $10,000

1. 25 invitations for the private VIP reception (see level one description).

1. 5 tables (see level one description).
2. Your Company Name and Logo will be displayed (see level one description).
3. An ad for your company (you design or we can) to be
   1. Printed on the table number card on 25 tables*
   2. Printed on a 2 page spread space in the sponsorship booklet (all 5 banquets).
   3. Shown on the big screens before and after the banquet.
