We are so thankful for your faithfulness as it has been our lifeblood over this last year. 
“The one thing we can rejoice in is, We know that all things work together for good to them that love God, to them who are called according to His purposes.” Romans 8:28
We are called to stand in the gap for the least of these. So again, thank you for answering the call and standing beside us all these years as we have saved thousands of babies and mothers from the pain of abortion by wrapping them in His majesty and love.
Abortion is on the rise in Iowa thanks to the ease of access to the abortion pill and the fear of financial shortfall due to COVID-19. In the midst of all this, we have much to be thankful for. Our Burlington and Iowa City clinics are open and seeing many abortion minded patients. Our staff is loving them well and wrapping them in the love of Jesus Christ with them. We are seeing our normal high percentage of women choosing LIFE and blessings for their babies instead of fear and death.
It is easy to lose sight of your Purpose in the Kingdom when you are in the middle of difficult unplanned situations. When a pregnancy is unplanned, the parents may forget their own worth and have difficult seeing the baby growing in the womb as royalty. We get to share with these mothers and fathers how much God loves them, and wrap them in His hope, His peace, and His majesty.
A story of a young prince… Eight years ago a young mother scared, frightened and alone, who did not know her worth or the worth of the child in her womb, chose life after visiting one of our clinics. Today we just got word from this young prince’s father that he gave his life to Jesus Christ and has decided to be baptized. His father asked him why he wants to be baptized and he said, “Because Jesus is my savior.” Then his father asked him what that meant, and he responded, “Jesus died to save me from my sins, because I can’t.” In the email, the father stated and wanted me to share with all of you, “Because of you, God has another little warrior for His Kingdom, I could never thank you enough for making sure my son had a chance to impact our world like I know he will. Thank you again.”
This was a great reminder of the impact we have in Iowa. We are overjoyed to announce that we received a very large grant for a registered nurse apprenticeship program, we can have an even greater impact now. This grant allows us to train our nurses at the top of their licensure to stand in the gap for the least of these.
We are the first pregnancy medical clinic in the nation to have a registered RN Apprenticeship Program in Ambulatory Women’s Health for PMCs. We are so thankful that God entrusted us with much, and because of that we have much to be responsible for.
This program and our mission takes considerable resources and prayer to accomplish. So, in this letter today that is exactly what we are asking you for.
As you know, we did not have a banquet or a walk in 2020 and we are not planning on one this year unless things in Iowa drastically change. We are asking you to take this precious changelope fill it with what you would have given at the banquet and the walk in 2020. Please share it with your family and friends. Put it on your kitchen table and pray for us over dinner. Put your extra change in it or send us a check whatever is more comfortable for you! Encourage your friends and family to do the same! If you need more changelopes, then just give us a call and will get some out to you right away!
You are sowing seed in good soil. This mission is one of the most important to God and we value your partnership with us to accomplish it.

Our closet is for parents who participate in our Earn While You Learn program and for our gift layettes to our new moms.
If you are unable to come that day, you are always welcome to drop by our Iowa City or Burlington Clinic with donations. You can bring your filled changelopes as well.
